Hey everyone! Halloween is today!! For those of you that procrastinate planning your costume until the last minute, this post is for you! I’ve had my fair share of last minute costumes and I thought I’d share a few of my favorite last minute Halloween costume ideas. As a general rule, finding a last minute costume is all about finding things that you already have in your house. Plain T-shirts can always become M&M’s or crayons, and if you keep face paint on hand you have a million different last minute options.

3 Last Minute Halloween Costume Ideas:

Animals

Animals are always one of the easiest costumes to throw together! My sister Brooke and I painted on lion and cheetah faces the other day with Lettie and they turned out so cute. Face paint is almost always available in stores until after Halloween, so it’s pretty easy to throw on an animal print jacket and some face paint last minute. That’s all there is to it! If you’re nervous about face painting, I promise you there is a youtube tutorial for all animal face-painting you could ever think of. It is harder to mess up than you think!

Skeletons

This one is another super easy face painting costume. Just throw on a painted skeleton face and a black outfit! You could go all out with the skeleton face or you can keep it basic with just a white face and black around your eyes. I always have a ton of black clothes, so this one is an easy go to!

Emoji’s

Emoji costumes can be really easy and really fun! If you have a plain shirt (yellow is best), you can just draw an emoji face on the shirt with a marker or black paper and there you go! If you don’t have a yellow shirt, take a trip to the dollar store and grab and yellow poster board or yellow paper plates to draw your emoji face on.

I hope everyone has a happy Halloween!

Thanks for stopping by!

xx
