Glowing Skin With PMD …

I am so excited to share this with all of you! A few months back my skin was feeling dull and dry, and my makeup wasn’t going on as smooth and even as it used to! I was in a rut and didn’t know what to use to give my skin that glow again. I tried several face scrubs and glycol peels, but they didn’t do the trick! So I decided to give the PMD a try! I have heard SO many wonderful things about this product but didn’t jump on the bandwagon until a few months ago! And I’m so happy I did! I feel like my skin is glowing and smooth as ever! And my makeup is going on much smoother and even like before!
Skincare routine with PMDLatisha beautie (5)The Girl in the Yellow Dress, PmdI like to use the PMD about once a week, typically in the evening! And Lettie of course loves to hang out with momma every time I get ready, eating some sort of snack of course or getting into my makeup, haha! She’s my little sidekick. She is always so interested in what I am doing! I love it! Rowen is a typical boy, couldn’t care less about all this girlie stuff, haha!

Personal Microderm
Beauty RoutineThey come with different tips, depending on how sensitive your skin is! I started off with the white (trainer tip), and then moved on to the green tip (for sensitive skin) and that’s the one I am still using! I feel like that one works best for me right now so I am sticking with that one for awhile! Before you try it on your face, make sure to read all the instructions and watch this video on how to use it properly!  Also, I practiced on my arm and the side of my neck before I used it on my face, because it can be a little tricky your first time using it! You never leave it one area, and always keep the PMD moving!

Skin routine with PMDFace RoutineMy skin is a little on the sensitive side so I found that if I use it more then once a week it can be little too much! It’s a little hard to show in pictures, but the top picture is the correct way to do it! Pull your skin with one hand as you do even strokes up the face with your other hand. Always keeping the tool moving!

Here are 5 ways I swear by that keep your skin glowing.

1. Drink TONS of water. I refill my water bottle up to 6+ times a day! The days I don’t drink this much I see the affects on my skin.

2. I apply Retinol a few times a week at night-time! It’s a great product that helps prevent wrinkles and also helps with a smoother complexion.

3. I wash my face every morning and night! This is crucial. Sleeping with your makeup on at night is the worst thing you can do to your skin!

4. Eat tons of veggies! And take a multi vitamin (I love this one), vitamin D, and fish oil every day.

5. Last but not least, exfoliate you skin. That’s where the PMD comes in! It’s the best exfoliate for you skin around! Like I said before, because I have sensitive skin, I use this once a week. If you don’t have sensitive skin, you can definitely use it more often!

I pretty much love everything about the PMD and I know you will too! I have awesome news, if you use LATISHA15 at checkout, you get 15% off your purchase, yay!!

I hope you all love it as much as I do and let me know if you have any questions! Love you all! XO,

Great advice! What age do you think someone should start this? I’m early 20’s so I’m not sure if I need lots of products yet, or if getting a jump start is a good idea.

You can definitely start this in your 20’s. I would use the retinol for sure right now but instead of everyday maybe a few times a week instead! But the PMD is great to start at any age! XO

Can I simply say what a relief to find someone who truly understands what they are
discussing on the web. You definitely know how to bring an issue to light and make it important.

A lot more people have to look at this and understand this side of your story.
I was surprised that you are not more popular given that
    you definitely possess the gift.

Aw, this was an exceptionally nice post.
Spending some time and actual effort to create a very good article… but
what can I say… I put things off a whole lot and don’t manage to get nearly anything done.
