Hey guys, Happy Saturday! So I am sure you have heard that the awesome Nordstrom Anniversary Sale going on right now. I decided to share all my favorite staple items that I found.  You can wear these year round and they are perfect for the fall.  I have found so many great ones and they’re all under $50. I have been so impressed with all the great deals they have going on. After trying on the whole store haha, here are my favorites under $50.

Ok the sweater I’m wearing a small, and a size 26 in the jeans. This sweater is so cozy and soft. I love how it’s slouchy and oversized. It comes in different colors. Also these jeans are only $42 and are so light weight, they feel better then some of my expensive jeans!

This dress is the perfect color + I love the ruffle detail. I’m wearing a size small, and I love how it feels really loose and comfy. It’s perfect for nowm and layered with a sweater for the fall. This price is hard to beat!

I may or may not have bought this tee in 3 different colors!! I’m wearing a size small and have already worn it non stop. They are great for layering and you can’t beat $15!!

Ok these leggings I have had for a year and I love them.  It’s hard to tell in the picture but I love the detail on them. Wearing a size small and they’re only $25. This cardi is one of those items you will wear non stop and for years. They never go out of style which I love. It also comes in 4 colors.

Dying at how cute this sweater is. The sleeves are so cute and it’s really comfy! Wearing a size xs, but I would probably get a small for a little looser fit.

Love this jacket but it’s very oversized, so make sure you go down a size, I’m wearing a xs. I wear my olive colored jacket all the time. If you don’t have one of these jackets you need one for sure!

LOVE this dress. The sad thing is it’s selling out quick and there is limited sizes. I am wearing a small! This dress is perfect for right now and in the fall with a cardi or jacket over it. The material is so yummy and soft!

Back to some of my favorite leggings but in a olive color. Which I love for the fall and winter. This sweater is another really soft and comfy one that goes with EVERYTHING. I love this over sized denim charcoal jacket. I wear denim jackets all the time and I have never had this color so I was excited to buy it. All of these items are under $50!

This tank is the cutest!! I love the color and the way it fits (wearing a xs). It’s perfect for the gym. And of course my all time favorite leggings that I wear way too much.

Ok I loved this cardi so much I had to show it in two different colors! They are both so good I couldn’t decided which one I liked better! They go with so many different things and so cozy. I am wearing a small in both. Also this blue tee is the same style as the white tee I have been wearing in the pictures. And these booties that you see me wear in the pictures are a must have. You can’t beat the color and the heel is a perfect height. Even to run around with my 3 kiddos.
