I can’t believe I’m already into my third trimester! This pregnancy has flown by. We are to getting so close to meeting this baby. During my third trimester my three main goals are to focus on giving my body the rest that it needs (because we all know that no one is relaxing once that baby comes out), to be comfortable, and to prepare for the arrival of baby. AKA nesting mode. I have a few tried and true third trimester must haves that I am excited to share with you today!

If you haven’t been there yet, then you will soon find out. These are my top must have sleep essentials to get a good nights rest during your third trimester.
- Nightgown: I love that this nightgown is not only darling, but is SO comfortable. I also love that it buttons, which makes it super convenient for nursing once baby comes.
- Pregnancy Pillow: Let’s just say that my husband and me fight over this pillow at night. You will love me for this one! It’s soft, cozy, and great for getting in the perfect position to be comfortable while you sleep.
- Belly Wrap: This belly wrap is a total game changer! It relieves a lot of back pain that is notorious during the third trimester. I also love it to help get my waistline back after pregnancy.

TO HELP YOU GET COMFORTABLE
There is nothing more important to me than being comfortable during my third trimester. Stretchy pants are on repeat and I don’t feel one bit bad about it. Here are a few of my absolute must have items for getting comfortable and staying comfortable during the third trimester.
- Maternity Leggings: These maternity leggings are what dreams are made of. They hold you in, but still make you feel like you’re not wearing any pants. They are also squat proof. Which is very important.
- Maternity Bikers: Biker shorts are all the rage right now. And I’m not one bit mad about it. These bikers are down right amazing and I love that I will be able to wear them postpartum too.
- Nursing Bras: I know I’m not nursing yet, but I’m about to and I want to be prepared. I also just love how comfortable these bras are to wear around the house. These nursing bras having outstanding reviews on Amazon and come in a few different colors. You will want to snag a few to have on hand!
- Tory Burch Sandals: These are basically just a gift to myself for growing a human inside of me. I love the way they look, I love the color (there are a lot of different options though), and I love that my third trimester body doesn’t hurt after walking around in them for hours. They put the comfort in comfortable! Trust me when I say that you need these sandals in your life.

- Bumpology Bump Butter: You guys have heard me say that this is my very favorite cream for preventing stretch marks! It is an essential if you are hoping to not get stretch marks. And bonus: it’s safe and will do zero harm to you or your baby.

- Dr. Teal’s Pure Epson Salt: Taking a bath during your third trimester is just absolutely glorious! Taking a bath is always glorious, but there is just something even more special about it when you’re pregnant. When you are feeling tired and achy I promise that this bath salt and a nice, warm bath will help you TREMENDOUSLY.

- Water Bottle: Hydration is so important while you’re pregnant and while you’re nursing. I have searched high and low for a good water bottle and am in love this one that I found on Amazon. It keeps your drink ice cold and the handle will immediately change your life for the better. I also love that it has a straw. There is just something about a straw that forces me to drink more water throughout the day.
