Mother’s Day was almost perfect for me this year. Not only was I able to share it with my own mother and family, but also with my mother-in-law and one of my sister’s-in-law and her family! It wasn’t quite perfect because my husband wasn’t here to wait on my hand-and-foot! 😉 He thinks he got out of it but I won’t let him off the hook once I get home!

It was a beautiful day and the weather was perfect. I love spring because everything is green again. This day means so much more to me now that I am a mother. It truly is the best thing that has ever happened to me! I love my little boy so much! Life is definitely more meaningful and he makes me and Casey so happy! Now if only we can figure out how to solve these 2 year old tantrums. Any advice? 🙂

I am so grateful for my amazing mother. She has been such a great example to me. I hope someday I can be half the mom she is. I’m also thankful for my wonderful mother-in-law. I couldn’t ask for a better one. I now see why my husband can be such a momma’s boy, haha.
