It’s workout season! How many of you have workout goals this year? I feel like everyone I know is trying to get to the gym more often. Over the years, I’ve gotten into a pretty good routine of when I workout. I usually go to the gym a few days a week and I’ll workout at home with my Mirror a few days as well when I don’t get over to the gym. (Check out my post on the Mirror here, it’s the coolest thing!) When I’m at the gym, this workout that I posted about last year is one of my go-to’s. I also posted about it here.
So if you’re like me, I’m WAY more motivated to workout when I have a cute workout outfit that I’m excited to wear. I put together some outfits from some of my all time favorite brands for you guys to get you excited to go to the the gym!

3 tips to keep you motivated
1.Throw away the scale! This sounds weird, but when you stop focusing on a number and start focusing on your body and how you feel about yourself, you’ll be way more motivated to workout.
2. Don’t starve yourself! I have gone through a lot of ups and downs when it comes to diets, but crash dieting is never the answer. Check out my healthy eating journey here. Your body will actually start storing more fat if it thinks it’s starving, so it doesn’t really work anyway.
3. Your best effort is ok! Don’t beat yourself up if you miss a workout. Your best effort is ok, don’t expect yourself to achieve unachievable goals.
