Blogging has become such a huge industry over just the past 10-15 years. So many people are out there supporting their families solely based off income made from becoming a blogger. Instagram has played a huge part in this massive blowup of bloggers. I posted about why I started blogging about a year ago, and I wanted to talk a little bit more about how I’ve made it work for me
in my life. Specifically, how I’ve created a following.
I use to be all about soakin’ up in the sun but now I’m all about soakin’ in the sunscreen haha. The most important thing you can do for your skin is always protect it! My go to sunscreen is Supergoop!! The two sunscreens that I love and recommended to everyone is the Sunscreen mousse and the everyday sunscreen!
Everyone needs a good maxi dress in spring, and this is one of my favorites. I love the pattern and it fits perfectly- not too long, not too baggy. Sometimes that can be hard to find, especially because I’m a little on the shorter side. It would look good with both heels and flats, too.
I’ve had a really crazy week going in and out of town, and it’s been so good to finally be home with my kiddos again! Don’t get me wrong, I love the city, but things always get a little busy in spring when the weather starts getting nice. Sometimes I feel like life is a race and I’m just trying to keep up! I think it’s pretty fitting though, that now when I’m finally home and have a little bit of down time, BAM!
This last week I went on the most amazing girls trip to The Palace in San Fransisco.
You guys. I cannot stress enough how much I adored this trip. Not only was the company stellar, but The Palace was unreal. I have never stayed anywhere so grand and beautiful in my life- if I didn’t know any better, I would have thought I was in Paris or something! The building was to die for and the staff was absolutely amazing.
We took the cutest birthday pictures in the park next to our neighborhood and she was such a trooper! She was a little unsure at first when we plopped her on a blanket in the middle of a field haha but luckily we had some spare suckers. Give that girl a sucker, and she’s all smiles! She didn’t even want the cake, she was just happy with her sucker.
Who else thinks San Fransisco is the best city in the world? Especially in the spring and summer when it’s nice outside and you can wear your spring outfits that you’ve been dying to wear all winter?! This year we have a ton of fun trends. My family is a little crazy about our Easters, we don’t mess around. Our Easter traditions are many and usually messy, but perfect! We decorate easter eggs, have some pretty intense easter egg hunts, and search for our easter baskets in the morning.

This is one of the best kept Hollywood secrets. Most people with really nice hair have at least a few extensions in. I feel like I want people to be aware of this situation when they’re comparing their hair to everyone on Instagram and Pinterest. The thing about hair extensions is that they are made of the best hair, so they curl really well and look and make your hair look amazing!
