I have been wanting to make these rhinestone embellished clutches for awhile now. My good friend Kaylee and I thought the holiday season would be a perfect time to do them. There are so many holiday parties to attend, and adding an awesome clutch is a must. All the cute clutches I have seen are pricey, so why not make them yourself for half the price? Plus it’s a lot more fun that way!
Here’s what you need:
Clutches: DSW (recent, cant find online) you can use any plain looking clutch.
Rhinestones: Hobby Lobby (50% off right now) Joann’s or any craft stores has them also.
Glue: E-6000 (the best)
Its so easy all you do is figure out where you want your rhinestones on your clutch. Lay them out exactly how you want them to look on your clutch before you start glue. Once they are on they aren’t moving, that glue works that good. Put a fair amount of glue on the rhinestone one at a time, and place it on the clutch holding it for about 5 seconds. For the little rhinestones we used tweezers to handle them ( it made it much easier). And voila! It turned our ok looking clutches to glamours ones!
Here is a sneak peek of how me and Kaylee styled our Holiday clutches. More pics and outfit details on Friday!!
Hope you all love this. Let me know if you have more questions and would LOVE to see pics of what you come up with!! Happy Wednesday! Thanks so much for reading! xo
