I always get so excited for fall because there are so many fun things to do with your kids! Do you guys ever get a little stressed out with trying to make the holiday’s fun? When I was a kid, I loved doing all the fun seasonal activities. Fall was a huge highlight of the year, and I want to be able to do that for my kids. I brainstormed some fall bucket list ideas that I’ve seen on pinterest and some of our families favorite fall activities to share with you guys!
Here are some Fall activities we’ve loved that you need to put on your fall bucket list this year!
Fall Bucket List for Kids
- Jump in piles of leaves
- Make an apple stamp (kids LOVE this one)
- Build a scarecrow (garbage bags work great)
- Make popcorn balls
- Go on a hayride
- Visit a pick-your-own pumpkin patch
- Carve pumpkins
- Toast pumpkin seeds
- Make pumpkin cookies (these are my favorite ones– so easy and SO GOOD)
- Decorate trick-or-treating bags
- Bob for apples
- Paint pumpkins
- Make caramel apples
- String popcorn into garlands
- Make handprint leaf crafts
- Make Halloween sugar cookies
- Make DIY bird feeders
- Collect acorns outside
- Make fall slime (never done this before, but I hear it’s “the cool” thing to do)
- Go apple picking
In other news, check out the cutest fall outfits we got for the girls at Nordstrom! I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again- Nordstrom is my favorite place to get clothes for the kids. They’re quality is by far the best. If you’ve got kids who tend to get holes in their jeans like I do, it’s always a good idea to get good quality clothes because they really do last longer. Nordstrom also has the cutest styles this season, we’re obsessed! I wish Lettie’s dress came in my size!!
