Hey everyone! Today I put together a little before and after of my favorite Fall makeup look. I’ve always loved playing around with different colors and styles.
Over the years I’ve tried all kinds of makeup in my day, believe me! I finally found the products that I love and totally swear by for your every day makeup look. I started using Maskcara (a cream based, 3D foundation) a few years ago and never looked back. I absolutely LOVE their stuff because it never feels like you’re wearing very much makeup at all, but it still looks great. It lasts forever (because a little bit goes a super long way) and it only takes like 5 minutes to put it all on. I’ll admit, it took me awhile to feel comfortable with contouring, but once you get the hang of it, you’ll never go back! I ended up liking this stuff so much that I even started selling it (totally not my thing) so if you want to try it, let me know!
Here is a step by step Fall makeup tutorial to my favorite every day makeup, using some Maskcara products and some of my other favorite products.
Fall Makeup Tutorial using the Best Maskcara Products
I start by applying Sexy Mother Pucker by Soap & Glory for a little lip plump. Then I use 4 in 1 Skin Perfecting Silk by BeautyBio like a primer, and put it all over my face before doing anything else.
I don’t usually use mascara because I get eyelash extensions done, but I used Universal Brow Pencil by It Cosmetics and an eyeshadow pallet by Tartelette. On the pallet I used Sunrise over the whole thing, Sunset just on the lid and Fireside on the crease and under eye. I usually use Maskcara eyeshadows, but a lot of their eye shadows are sold out because they’re coming out with new ones!! I’ll have to share with you guys once the new ones come out.
Now, the contour! First, add your contour color right around the edges of your face, down the neck, the side of your nose and beneath your cheekbones.
Next I add my highlight to the bridge of the nose, beneath the eyes and down the side of the nose in a pie piece shape, between the brows, on the chin and along the jawline.
Add the blush and blend, blend blend!
End by applying illuminator with the fingertip to the top of your cheekbones, the bow of your lip and beneath the arch of your brow.
The last thing I do is add lip pencil by MAC and my favorite Plum Lipstick by MAC.
