How to Use a Hair Waver

Hey ladies! I have had so many questions about the hairstyle I’ve been doing lately. So here is a little tutorial for you on how to use a hair waver! It’s seriously the easiest hair style out there. So you guys are going to DIE at how easy this is. Plus, I love it for a summer look.

Does anyone else remember back in high school when everyone was using hair wavers!? I totally used to do my hair like this, the only difference is that it was WAY bigger in the 90’s haha! I remember waving it in 3 different sections so that it would be extra big. This is a similar process, but just a little bit looser! One of the best things about this look is that it lasts FOREVER! This style holds up for at least 3 days with minimal upkeep.

Styling Tips

1. Always use a straightener first (unless you have pin straight hair).

2. Use a smoothing serum and thermal protective spray. Your hair will thank you!

3. Don’t section out your hair! Sectioning will make your wave look way too big. Start waving at the top and work the same wave pattern into the hair underneath the top layer for a more natural look.

4. Below are some of my favorite ways to style this look! I love it with a headband, a hat, alone, and with a few cute clips, but there are so many ways to wear this!
