Working out at home was never my first pick. I like going to the gym when I can, but with 3 kids getting out of the house is never easy! I’ve tried different at home workouts that I never really loved until I learned about Mirror! Have you guys heard of a mirror workout before?! They’re the coolest things. When it’s turned off it’s just a full length mirror. When it turns on it is a screen where you can see an instructor and do classes or individual workouts along with them. Sometimes there are even live classes that you can take, but if you miss them you can redo them later.
Here are 5 things that I love about Mirror Workout
1.You get to pick your own workouts and level of intensity (I think there are levels 1-4). I like this because sometimes I’m really needing a good workout, and sometimes I want an easy day.
2.You can choose how long you want your workout to be. Some workouts are quick 15 min exercises and some are closer to an hour. This is perfect for me because my schedule is never the same.
3.I really like how they play music with each class, so you can listen to the music with the instructors lessons. You could also use headphones, but when I have kids at home I usually want to be able to hear them if they fall or something.
4.My kids actually love doing these workouts with me! When I’ve been doing these at home my kids think it’s the coolest thing.
5. You can use bands or weights for a lot of the workouts. It really is similar to working out in a gym, the trainers are really hard and I’ve gotten a really good workout in whenever I’ve done it.
