The Girl in the Yellow Dress

I’m so excited that spring is here, not only because that means that summer is that much closer, but because I have a deep love for spring outfits! haha I grew up in southern Utah where it’s always super sunny and warm, and I lived in Hawaii for a few years after High School (being a complete beach bum) soaking up the sun and practically living in a swimsuit. Yes, it was as amazing as it sounds! I think warm weather is just in my blood. It’s a good thing that I live in the Bay Area because I just would’t survive if I lived somewhere cold!

I hope you all are as excited as I am about prepping your spring outfits! I got these outfits from JC Penney’s and I am absolutely in love with them. Most of the things I got were from a.n.a. I love shopping at JCPenney because it’s a one stop shop and with kids, that’s a big deal! Getting them in and out of car seats is probably one of my least favorite things!

Spring Outfits

Everyone needs a good maxi dress in spring, and this is one of my favorites. I love the pattern and it fits perfectly- not too long, not too baggy. Sometimes that can be hard to find, especially because I’m a little on the shorter side. It would look good with both heels and flats, too.

I also love these army green capris because they are super comfy and can be worn casual or classy. I liked wearing them with this top because it made for the perfect, breezy spring look. I love white shirts too, you can never have too many!

I also have to give a shout out to the cutest mules that I’ve ever seen! I get compliments every time I wear them and they’re also super easy to walk in, so it’s a win win!
