Halloween Costumes For The Whole Family
Today I have rounded up all of our families very favorite Halloween costumes for the whole family! Halloween is right around the corner and even though Halloween might look a little different for us all this year, we are definitely dressing up to add a little bit of normalcy to our kids’ lives. Plus our kids always get SO excited about dressing up. I just can’t deny them of that joy. I always get questions for family costume ideas, so I thought that I would share some of our favorites from over the years that have been a huge hit. Especially among the kids! The best part is that you can buy all of these costumes online. So you don’t even have to get out of your pajamas to put together the perfect costumes for your entire family.

Food
This family of food costume was so much fun and one of my very favorites. The concept was SO simple and my kids thought it was hilarious. I loved that each costume was ONE piece of clothing. Simplicity at its very finest.

Cats
My cute sis Brooke helped us paint our faces and dress up like wild cats for this one! This was such a fun idea, and actually a pretty easy last minute costume idea. You could easily make this practical for both boys and girls by just changing up the makeup a little bit.

Star Wars
You can never go wrong with a classic Star Wars theme! There are so many fun options to choose from online. May the force be with you when trying to pick out your favorites.

Unicorns
My girls died and went straight to Heaven in these costumes! Unicorns are all the rage and I don’t think that I know one little girl who would be disappointed about having to dress up as her favorite character. This is another easy costume option that will make the fans go wild.

80’s Workout
If these leotards don’t take you back to the yesteryears than I don’t know what will! We need the 80’s workout styles to make a come back, because dressing up like this was just too much fun. My girls were ecstatic about their costumes and were so excited to match me. These costumes made it extremely easy to bust out a move anytime that a good song came on the radio!

Superheroes
I love that if you choose to dress your family up as superheroes you have so many options to pick from! Superheroes will never go out of style and everybody loves dressing up as their favorite character. My kids also enjoy wearing their costumes after Halloween and these ones are always on constant repeat.

Princesses
Do we really need to explain why princesses make the perfect Halloween costume? My girls absolutely LOVE princesses and the obsession just got stronger with these costumes. They totally got into character and had so much fun. There are obviously a lot of princesses to choose from, but these are three of our favorites. I was so happy with the way that this one turned out.

Baby Shark Family
If I had a dollar for every time I have heard the Baby Shark song in my life than I would be a millionaire. To say my kids are obsessed is a complete understatement. So it only made sense for us to dress up as the entire shark family! We all had so much fun and these costumes were a breeze to put together.

Hippies
Last year we went with the hippie theme and had an absolute blast. There is just something really fun and happy about dressing up as a hippie. The kids loved all of the cute accessories and I loved all of the fringe. I mean how can you not love fringe? This was a totally groovy option that we were able to have a lot of fun with.
Like I said in the beginning, I know that Halloween is going to look much different than it has in the past.
