Last week I went to a beautiful wedding in the vineyards. It was so much fun, and I had a blast spending the evening with no kids and with my love. Here are some pic’s of what I wore and that fun night on Instagram! I don’t know if you’re like me, but sometimes I have a hard time knowing what to wear to weddings. Here are 5 tips that will help you know what to wear to your next summer wedding:

1. Go for pastel and/or bright colors. Stay away from white (especially all white) because it takes away from the bride. But you can’t go wrong with a mint green, corals, or any shade of pink. They are bright and summery! Also pair up two of your favorite colors (like I did above).
2. I always tend to go toward the long maxi skirts or dresses. I love a great midi or pencil skirt too, but the long, flowing ones scream summer to me. And they are classy and comfortable.
3. Don’t go too short, too flashy, or too casual. Always dress classy to a wedding and make sure to not bare too much skin.
4. Do something fun to your hair like a braid, ponytail, soft bun, or a fun jeweled headband (like I am wearing above). It adds a fun look to your outfit.
5. Nude colored heels are a must. They go with everything and are perfect for the summer.
