Since I have become a mother, I have been trying to use more natural, chemical free products. These products can often be more expensive, and this place is so dang expensive already, that I’m always looking for ways to save a few dollars. I tried out this DIY Hairspray from The Rain Barrel (see more below) and it worked great, so I wanted to share this with all of you! The best part about it is how easy and cheap it is. All you need is:

– One spray bottle (got mine at Target)
– 3 tsp white sugar
– 1 cup of water
– A few drops of whatever essential oils you want (optional)

Mix it together and your good to go!!

I can’t even tell you how much I LOVE these products from The Rain Barrel! I have used them for a few months now and I am hooked. They are all natural, non toxic, chemical free, and also really great priced! The lotion stick has been a lifesaver this summer. It has helps with sunburn’s. The days we were out in the sun all day long and even after slathering sunscreen on us we would still sometimes get a little burnt, I put the lotion right on the sunburn at night and it was gone the next day! It’s a miracle worker I tell ya. The detergent and wool balls, work just as great if not better then the regular stuff (without all the crazy chemicals). The detergent smells quite amazing and the wool balls come to find out will last for years, you just keep reusing them (how cool is that). Make sure to check them out here! You will love them!!
