Honestly I have been looking for a black peplum dress everywhere and I haven’t found one that I love. Then I found this lovely skirt at Target (only $18 bucks) and paired it with a black shirt. I turned it into my own little black dress! And this whole look cost me under $80 dollars (excluding the purse). You don’t have to always spend a lot to look and feel classy! You should go and get this skirt. You won’t regret it! I’m in love with mine! It can go with so many different things! What type of top would you pair this skirt with?
